Between Upper Gallinas and Iron Creek is another small improved campground, Railroad, but I can't recall going in. It's located at the end of a short service road, and is a good hiking spot.
Edit: I just came back from Railroad, and found it to be a pretty sweet little (three tables) campground. Flat, spread out, and shady, with a toilet, trash, and fire rings. Not sure why I didn't stay here before.
Kingston is a tiny village on the far side of the Black Range (46 miles), with an equally tiny campground of two tables and a toilet...
One table is off all by its lonesome, the other is at the far end near the toilet and information board. Kingston is the smallest improved site in the Gila I know of, but an excellent spot to stay if you're exploring the area, or just losing daylight.
